Terms being signed

1. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to sign this release. I voluntarily participated in the photography and/or video session identified above.
2. For the consideration stated above, I grant Heretic Photography and its licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, retouch, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and license my likeness and any agreed name or biographical information captured in connection with this session.
3. Unless limited in the restrictions field, the material may be used worldwide and without time limit for portfolios, websites, social media, editorial use, exhibitions, publications, printed promotional materials, advertising/self-promotion, educational presentations, licensing, and other lawful commercial or non-commercial uses connected with the photographer's work.
4. I understand that final images may be edited or combined with text, graphics, or other images. I waive any right to inspect or approve finished materials or the specific context of lawful use, subject to any written restrictions recorded in this release.
5. I release and hold harmless Heretic Photography from claims arising from the authorized use of the material, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, or alteration, to the extent permitted by law. This does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived.
6. Any specific boundaries or usage restrictions written above are part of this agreement and control if they conflict with the general grant above. Changes after signing should be confirmed in writing by both parties.
7. I understand that this electronic signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature, and I will receive a PDF copy of the signed release at the email address provided.
